GET SCORE is in active pre-release development. If something is not working, send enough detail for the problem to be reproduced safely.

App problem

Include the GET SCORE version, device model, operating-system version, and the exact steps immediately before the issue.

Describe the affected bar and instrument. Attach a minimal MusicXML file only if you have permission to share it.

Say whether you selected Google Drive or Dropbox and which devices are affected. Never send a password, token or client secret.

Keep an independent MusicXML or GET SCORE backup before reinstalling the app or deleting provider data.

Email is currently the official support channel. Response times can vary while GET SCORE remains in development.
